The Kenya High Commission invites interested “Bidders” for renovation of Government Properties in Dar es salaam whose details are given below.

ALL BIDS MUST BE SEALED, ADDRESSED AND SUBMITTED TO:

P.O. Box 5231, Dar es salaam, Tanzania

 

So as to be received on or before Friday 6th February 2026 at 15:00 hours. The sealed envelope should clearly be marked “Bid for Renovation of Government Properties.”

Requirements to Bid.

  1. Tender documents to be collected from the Kenya High Commission offices.
  2. The bids should be submitted on working days between 10:00hrs and 15:00hrs.
  3. Tenders shall remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty-six (126) days from the date of opening.
  4. Interested bidders may obtain further information in writing from the Kenya high Commission.
  5. Appointments for site inspection of the properties and Pre-tender meetings to be done after this advert between 10:00hrs and 15:00hrs at their own cost.
  6. The tender, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the tender exchanged by the tenderer and the Procuring Entity, shall be written in English Language.
  7. Bids submitted after the set deadline will not be considered.
